It’s official- my Japan textile tour is a go!
This October I’m headed to Japan for 12 days of fiber art immersion. I’ve partnered with travel company, Opulent Quilt Journeys to handle the itinerary, lodging and ground transportation for a seamless experience. The tour also includes a fiber art expert (that’s me!), as well as a local guide (and native Japanese speaker) to assist the guests throughout the experience.

sashiko embroidery workshop
We’ll start with the bright lights of bustling Tokyo, then head to the western and north regions with stops in Matsumoto, Nigaata and Hirosaki.
